"I tried calling into the kapolei office. No answer - 2x - once in morning - after 10am and again in afternoon. I had questions. Didn't realize that I needed to file my own claim to get my phone replaced. Also, no documentation when got phone back from repair. In speaking with the rep, they said to get in touch with Verizon to file for replacement. I went to the store to try and do so. Verizon said they didn't receive order to do replacement. Need to check back in the morning. When I called Verizon the next morning - they also had nothing on file. I got passed to 3 different people before being able to make the claim. This was DIFFICULT. I'm going to cancel my warranty/repair with Verizon. This was NOT worth it. I rated Asurion 5 stars - going into the store, the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Everything done on a timely basis. It's the system between Asurion and Verizon that I have a problem with."

"I have to give a 3 star review because of the circumstances behind my interaction with them. Some background: Switch repair, a charging port replacement. I dropped it off and was quoted a reasonable price with the forewarning that they are behind schedule, no big deal and I appreciate they were honest with me and very professional. Repair is completed a week ahead of schedule, super awesome and I go and pick it up. Now here is where my review nosedives, I attempt to plug into dock once, notice switch still does not connect, look into charging port and notice a lot of wear and tear, as in its still the same charging port I had before. I question them and they do acknowledge the port was not replaced and in the notes it says they determined the port worked. So I was charged 160 for replacing a port that was never replaced. The owner was called and handled it personally. I will give the individual a shout out for that. My last concern is wording, words are important, especially when in front of another customer you refer to my repair as a "warranty claim/repair" instead of what it actually was, just doing the original work. I would recommend this place to others but as with anything else a trust but verify mentality should be had. I hope no one else has the same issue and think the owner was on the right track to get this location running great."
