"Definitely, the rudest person I encountered. I have spoken to Jason the one who looks at the pool and he said he can do the job and everything is good. Called the store to get an actual bid and time frame when we can be scheduled. The lady who owns this place refused to work with us even though they built the pool due to not working with them since 2005 she said and not being a loyal customer. I explained to her that we had just bought the property and don't have anything to deal with before and her answer is "I don't care" This lady was so rude and not pleasant to talk to. Do not work with them this is fair housing and they are not being fair on what they want to do even though the person who looked at it and said they can do it. They do not put people first and do not deliver their promises."
"Built my pool about 10 years ago. It is leaking terribly, (lost about 20k gallons in the past month). I asked them to come by to help me determine where the pipes were, offering to pay them. They refused to even send someone...too busy for the "foreseeable future". Don't care! Seems fishy... Construction defects???"
"Met owner in store. He said he would call to make an appointment to come to house within a week. 2 weeks later I called and was told he would get back to me that day. 2 weeks later I called and was put on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and called back, got vm and left message. Never heard back."
"I wouldn't give this place even one star but for the knowledge and promptness of the tech. The receptionist was extremely rude two times to me and refused my business for bogus reasons e.g. claiming I had not paid a bill that I never even received, and that though I discussed the circumstances with the tech and we had come to an arrangement re the padlocks on my Side gate, the receptionist claimed I was "wasting their time" and they wouldn't do business with "people like me." Keep your blood pressure down, don't bother with this business."
