"I recently used Aoki Plumbing and will not use them again. Lack of preparation, customer service, disrespect and rude behavior. Actually felt personal. I knew grandpa Jones who is no longer here. Extremely nice man. He would be disappointed how I and/or any customer has/would be treated by his grandson Austin. His bedside manner needs major overhaul. I will give him the benefit of the doubt that he can do better, after telling him my opinion after his work was done. On the bright side, our angle stops were changed but will use another plumber for the remaining work. (11/02/23)"

Your suggestion to use coiled copper as a more permanent solution to replace the 27+ year old PVC was most welcomed. Having replaced the PVC 90 degree elbows a couple of times, we were looking for a long-term solution. We really appreciate you rearranging your schedule so you could do the work as soon as possible. We also really appreciate you keeping us informed when you would arrive and were totally prepared to do the work. We were excited to have a born and raised Kona man and third generation of the Aoki Plumbing Company fix our water leak. Your family’s history and service to the Kona area is outstanding !!!
