"First time in Big Island and wanted to buy a Ukulele. Found this wonderful store and a wonderful person Randy. Just like the name of the store 'Kindworks', Randy's work radiates kindness. The store has an amazing variety of musical instruments and other things. Randy walked me through the Ukes and helped me understand everything I wanted to know about them. He even tuned them for me. I purchased a Concert on Day 1 but decided later that I need a Tenor. I went back the next day and he was kind enough to help me again and make the exchange. This experience has made my trip even more memorable. I highly recommend Randy and Kindworks to anyone who is looking to purchase a musical instrument. Mahalo !!"
