"When a kid wins on Thier birthday and you laugh at them and tell them not your fault the machine is broken he didn't win while his father has a video of him winning. What does that say about this bad evil business stealing from children. We will never come back. We drop 500$ and they can't even be honest just go to the casino when you can get a fair deal these people are crooks stealing from children. Worst place to bring your kid. Dishonorable business and the manager is an idiot. I'm a veteran and I won't be treated that way. We have been season pass holders and for three years and because of this we were lp never go to this place ever again. This is a dishonest business they do not care about kids. They will laugh and steal your kids money when they legit win anything it's not an American establishment. Then treat a veteran like a problem for being smart Enough to take a picture of the game. And the machine had broken glasses go figure unkempt.i show d this to my people in Vegas here I'm from so they can see what a joke Reno and the people in Reno are. Now we are laughing at you. And So is my lawyer. And also to my stepdad friend Joe lambardo. Metro police chief and governor of the state of Nevada. And my kid will tell the whole school about how he was screwed on his birthday by you people. You lost so much more business than money you saved by being dishonest. It's that simple. This is a dishonest and unAmerican business. And definitely below Nevada standards. At least I don't have to lie to children and steal from them to make my money. Not to mention this place several alcohol and it's a teenager drunk fest with the most unreputable looking people I wouldn't bring kids to this place ita a bar . It's really for drunken adults because the staff is definitely drunk and on drugs I'll tell you that."

"We went to Coconut Bowl during the week while we were in Reno for my mother's birthday. We paid less than $60 per person for an all-day pass. We bowled a few games, went to their arcade, drove the cars, played lazer tag, and we went to their virtual movie/game. That was $60 well spent. We had a good time! Next time I'm in Reno, I'll be back. We had a blast! I would love to celebrate my next birthday here as I'm a big kid at heart."

"The food portions were small for the price. We went bowling and it was fun and family friendly. We got the all access passes but had to wait so long to do the activities we only got to do them once."
