"Horrible customer service by the manager himself. I used to manage a floral department for a grocery store and would buy from them all the time. I no longer work there but went in to purchase a spray aisle for my dad's funeral. I bought all the flowers next door and went in for just that. While working for the floral place I would always buy single metal aisles all the time. I went in there and the guy was on the phone when my sister and I walked in and figured he was just taking an order over the phone. I was going to ask if he has any of the aisles but proceeded to look for them myself. Never once acknowledged that I was there or say "I'll be right with you" nothing. I eventually found what I was looking for and asked if I could have just one. He never said yes or no, first asked if I had an account with them. I answered no, I was buying full price. Then he proceeded to tell me he doesn't sell them separately and that I would have to buy the entire pack (then continued doing what he was doing becausehe knew I wasn't interested in buying 5.. ) Now I know that is a lie because I would buy them by the singles when I was the manager of said floral place. I was in a bit of a panic and annoyed at him at the same time. My dad just passed away and needed them to make him something nice. I luckily called the new floral manager from my old job and asked if she had one and she had one last one, I let her know what had happened and she let me know that she stopped buying from them aswell for other reasons. I also heard from others that there have been complaints about the guy aswell and him being rude to customers, so I guess I'm not the only one. Maybe he is only nice if you have a wholesale account? Either way, not a very good way of doing business, all the people that are not buying wholesale, may be potential wholesale customers. Now I know ow not to ever recommend this place ever as long as this guy is still the manager there."
