"Booked same day kayak tour which they were very accommodating for. Guide Josh was very knowledgeable and passionate about the history of the Hawaiian islands to share on the tour. We got very lucky to get to share the ocean and get a show from the spinner dolphins in the bay! Awesome trip!"
"Was very excited to go on the snorkeling and kayaking adventure. Due to inclement weather, we were only able to kayak there, weren’t able to snorkel, and then had to hike for over an hour to get back. The guide mentioned a refund, I had to reach out multiple times. And was only given a gift-card for another experience (minus the fees of course) I received this two days later on my last day in Hawaii. Due to it being my last day in Hawaii, I’m not able to reschedule on this trip. I’m a little disappointed in how this was handled, as it was definitely not the experience I was expecting. Despite the not great customer service, the guide was very knowledgeable and friendly!"
"We booked a snorkeling adventure for our group of 6. They got us a set up with equipment a we explored a great bay with lots of different fish. Unfortunately, the ocean was quite choppy due to the weather. Our guide gave us some options and we left the ocean for a nearby lake and waterfall. More great times had. I could not imagine having a better adventure all in one more."
