This business was the first and only business to promptly respond to an initial email. The consultation was scheduled prior to having the septic tank pumped. HI Professional Cleaning Service sent pictures via text message. The owner discussed the details and cost of the services. The job was accepted ; the quality of the services was thorough. The tenants indicated there was an odor in the master bedroom after the services were completed. HI Professional Cleaning Service attempted to address this problem sooner than the tenants wanted so a return visit was scheduled. HI Professional Cleaning Service returned to the house to remediate the problem. Ongoing communication with this business has occurred throughout the process.
