"Wow. I DREAD going to this ups store. I had to go today to drop off and pick up a package. The young lady at the counter was very rude. She was not welcoming . She did not say hello when I walked in and when I asked my package she requested that I give her my ID even though the instructions on the UPS website, said I did not need my ID to pick up the package. She looked for the package with attitude, and then proceeded to throw my package at me. I’ve had many issues with this UPS store and this was the last straw. Remove your employees and get friendlier employees."
