"I would like to make a complain about the service I received during a visit to your McDonalds Ewa Beach location last night. Specifically the store with the address 91-1051 Keaunui Dr, Ewa Beach, HI 96706. I went through the drive thru and was given the wrong order, so I went to park and returned into the store and told them they gave me the wrong order, and even though I had the food with me, they said they would not replace my order and give me the correct items I ordered because I did not have a receipt. I was not given a receipt at the drive thru, but had the still hot food with me and they would still not take the food I was given back and give me the food I actually purchased. The worker kept asking me the same question, did I order in the drive-thru, which I told her yes over 5 times. Horrendous service and I wasted my time and money and got nothing out of it."

"08/03/22 How does someone forget to put the patty in a double cheese burger - twice? These guys get paid $15 an hour too.. they should hire a QC manager! Clearly there are issues at this location."

"The past 12 times I have ordered a burger from here, they have gotten my order completely backwards. The grill slip has exactly what should be there and it's backwards. When you order through Doordash or go through the drive-through it is incredibly frustrating to come home and have something you didn't order so many times in a row. At this point I've literally thrown over $100 in the trash thanks to this location."
