"The apartments are nice but the walls are very thin. You can hear people talk in the rooms next to your apartment. They have inspections every 3 months, so be prepared for that. The manager there I thought was a fair person, but I now believe otherwise. The tenants there will be nice to you then talk behind your back. If they don’t like you, they will make your life unbearable. You must be in good shape, as the elevator breaks all the time. The fire alarm goes off anytime someone burns toast. Only rent here if it’s your last resort. It’s a miserable place. Also, the Corporate office does not return calls in a timely manner."
