"INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES!!! Horrible place! I would give Zero stars if i could! Disgusting and the property manager refuses to fix a single thing but has the audacity to raise the rent constantly and try to add fees when the unit is an actual health hazard. My children and I had no HEATER for 2 YEARS when their tweaker contract workers were the ones that broke it. I have $10,000 worth of property destroyed because of cockroaches I reported constantly. One time they had the nerve to say “cockroaches are normal because of the construction” they refused to give me another unit or any type of help. Black mold all over the bathrooms they told me they would remodel over 2 years ago. They take advantage of low income and disabled people they know are in need of a place to live. They are criminals and I have been in contact with the Carson City Code Enforcement. I could not take the disgusting foul environment and refused to pay them another penny while my children and I sat in a cockroach mold infested apartment with no heater. And it wasn't just my apartment I have photos and videos of cockroaches in the laundry room, in the washers and dryers and outside of the building as well!!! They refuse to listen or care; and they cut you off everytime you speak and try to gaslight and blame you like its your fault. I hope something is done for the people still living there."

"It’s pretty sad that people have to wait not only a year to be put on housing!! But then neither of you nor Nevada rural housing are on the same page and you guys should be working together to get people in as fast as you can and people have real life problems and when they can’t make it to fill out a paper that you can send in an email you put people NEEDING housing in the winter back on the back of the list??? What is this world and the people coming too sad!!!"
