She’s a good manager and the only reason that I am moving out is that I found a slightly bigger unit that has a kitchen for the same rental fee.. "Clean, affordable, quiet, safe with responsive local manager Cristina. Convenient to central Carson. New owners investing in upgrading older property. Off street parking, well lit at night, wifi, new onsite laundry. Inclusive rent better than many other local rentals that add on fees. Yes it's older, smaller but comfortable & affordable."
"Management is prompt and on top of maintenance. But the walls are very thin, especially if people are outside. Management did quickly address any noise makers and I give them a lot of credit for that. Still, it would've been less of a problem with thicker windows. Also, the doors should have deadbolts on them."
