Kings Run Condominiums

"The worst experience with Arbnb and a host I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and avoid the same experience. After booking and getting the address I found out the property location has 2.9 stars instead of the 4.75 stars listed on Arbnb. When I tried to message him to cancel the booking within 15 minutes he immediately became hostile, defensive and defiant, refusing to refund. When I provided proof that I never checked in he responded with "what's wrong with you?" and "how poor are you?" for choosing to stay somewhere else and still refused to refund. Since Arbnb stands by its no cancelation policies no matter what I then had to dispute the matter with my credit card. Do yourself and your vacation a favor and don't book this Airbnb!"

"It's old, it's quiet, great location, it's old. It's very old. Worked great for our stay but I don't think we'll be back."

"Do not stay here. We were excited to stay here for 3 nights but our stay quickly took a turn for the worse. Regarding the property: First off the whole property has got to be at least 40-60 years old. The parking lot is run down. Looking at the style of paint, and the texturing of the walls, and the lobby of this place. This place was once used as an office building and then somebody later on came in and converted them into condos. The place was mostly up kept but you can see the age in everything. The whole condo lacks outlets, my wife and I have medical equipment and we could not find anywhere to plug in our CPAP machines, nor were there any nightstands. We had to bring a power strip and run a cord so that we could use our machines at night. Regarding our stay: When we arrived we had to listen to the person upstairs blast their TV all evening, the Tv was so loud you could hear it though the persons floorboards and ceiling. We awoke at 5AM our first morning to the person upstairs walking back and forth for about half an hour straight. The following night we had to listen to the person upstairs AGAIN blast their TV all night starting from 8PM all the way until midnight where we had finally had enough and picked all our stuff up and left. On 3x separate sheets of paper they state the management has a noise ordinance where you are not supposed to make noise past 8 or 9PM. Vacasa contacted the property management at kings run in which case they took no responsibility for the noise even though they have an ordinance and refused to compensate me in any way for my troubles. Do not do business or stay at the kings run condos"

"We got in late and could get any one to get us a key.We had to go to another hotel because we never got a key. Not going there again."
