"Water pipe broke under my place Saturday called to see if they had anyone available said I would get a call back, got a call back that someone was on the way, says they have to “ go get parts” but they never asked what parts I needed, kinda weird but ok, guy shows up in a huge van full of parts, checks under the house says he needs to leave to get the parts, or can come back another day?? umm ok, no, I need water asap, so he comes back over an hour later with a part that cost 5-10 bucks which there is no way he didn’t have this part in that van, goes back under house and pipes reconnected with the shark bite in minutes, charge $950.00!!! Says he gets paid from the time he is dispatched, ok aren’t you coming from Fernley that’s where I called, and then to say you drove for two hours for parts that you didn’t have without even knowing what I needed and what size before hand?? Sounds sketchy to me! Asked for a detailed receipt to send to my home warranty/ insurance and didn’t get it, called the company to speak with owner/manager, of course she just stepped out for lunch, but we will review and call you back! Patiently waiting, please do yourself a favor and don’t be stupid like I was and ask around for someone that everyone knows and trust, it’s worth it, lesson learned on my part!!!"

"$1000 dollars for 20 minute job....???? To show up with a van without proper parts???? Charge only for time and labor?? ( Parts only $5). Purposely drove longer for more money. Rip off. Advising stay clear. Insurance will be involved with legal action against such criminal actions. Lawsuit in future. A weeks wages. To steal from my friend."

"SCAM NEVER CALL Used them in the past and no problem, but now never. They advertise they are located in Fernley. False advertising they are not in Hometown Auto Building as they advertise. Just to let you know the place is a scam.. Tech was very, nice and the poor guy really doesn't deserve to have to work for this place. $240 show up fee (seriously that the office doesn't bother to mention any show up fee) Was going to get charged $420 for a simple shower valve replacement. $240 show up plus $120 part and $80 labor. $240 I said for 5 minute drive, but no they just advertise falsely now that they are in Fernley. SCAM"

"Didn't even get a chance to work with them. They advertise that they do emergency services, but when asking for an idea of cost, the lady who answered said they'd have to come out and look. OK, great! That would have been awesome. But didn't offer to come out, no indication of availability, nothing. So we offered to send a picture. She said the office is closed so there would be no way for her to access said picture. We understand it's the weekend. Hence emergency service. It felt like they were completely unwilling to help. Would not recommend if that's the standard of service."

"The plumber was great, knowledgeable and patient with my questions. The office staff, on the other hand, is a different story. When making the appointment to have a free quote done, did not inform us we'd have to come outta pocket over $100 till after the plumber was done giving us our "free" quote. Since he came and gave us our quote, we were forced to pay a price for something we had no idea about from the beginning. the plumber was great 5 stars.. the company gets, if I could, 0 stars."
