"I want to personally think Corey Willis for coming out today at the Village Of The Pines. I had two other gentleman come out and did nothing. I have them on video doing nothing one left all my lights on in my house the other one left the heater on when Cory came today, he replaced a thermostat that needed to be replaced because it has not been working. I appreciate the honesty the time and how he explained everything to me and listen to my concerns, and now I have heat. Thank you so much for doing a great quality job and awesome customer service. The other two gentlemen should be ashamed of their selves there on video walking in and out of my house twice a total of four minutes and told the office that the heater works. They did nothing left their backpack on and talked on the phone Cory should get a raise. Just to add to the review Corey left and came back and put a filter in the wall because my apartment complex decided they wanted to leave early. Again, thank you Cory."

"Investment firm who owns my apartment complex uses this company to fix HVAC-related issues. They were called out a month ago (came on 8/28 and again on 8/29) to look at the AC unit as it was no longer blowing cold air. Had a possible fix on 8/28, but I informed them when they came back on 8/29 it was still not working and that my lights flickered when the AC unit came on. I was told after another look that a part would have to be ordered, it should be about a week. Well that week came and went, the maintenance manager was informed that no notes regarding my unit were made and no part was ordered. Since then it has been radio silence and the maintenance manager has had no coorespondance answered, my own calls have only gone to an answering machine during normal business hours, and the message I left has gone unanswered. Unacceptable and unprofessional to leave someone in extreme heat with nothing - box fans and open windows does nothing against the high heat we have had in the 90s, and it barely cuts through anything in the 80s."
