"They are the worst company ever. Each time you call them you will be given false information and waste your time was your money. The customer service is horrible"

"Note: I rated "1" star because "0" is unavailable. [A Company w/out Integrity through lack of accountability, dishonest & malignant practices: 1. On Wed 2/14/24 @ 17:25 PST: I scheduled a payment with rep: "Quincy" for Wed 2/28/24. 2. On Fri 2/16/24 @ 05:23 PST: I noticed a pending payment on my checkings account from "Lakeview (Loancare)." 2.1. 11:54 PST: I spoke w/"Edgar" that transferred me to "Nisha" of Escalations. As per conv w/"Edgar" my requested scheduled payment for Wed 2/28/24 was cancelled & replaced with a withdrawl date of Wed 2/14/24. I requested to Nisha my payment be rescinded due to their erroneous scheduled payment however was informed by "Nisha" I would receive a callback in "1 hour" but that never happened. 2.2. 16:30 PST: I called back & spoke with "Nakisha" of Escalations who told me nothing can be done & I have a current case regarding my complaint. 3. On Sat 2/17/24: I noticed the pending payment at stake was no longer pending in my checking account. 4. On Thur 2/22/24 @ Est 5:23: The pending Lakeview Loancare payment once again on my checking account. 4.1. I spoke with rep "Shamir" that acknowledged the pending payment & transferred me to "Kia" of Escalations. Kia became very defensive of my plight after I requested documentation of cancellation of my originally requested Wed 2/28/24 payment & an explanation why it was cancelled. 4.2. I placed "Kia" on conference call with a representative from my bank to verbally confirmed of the erroneous payment in pending status. 4.3. I was informed by "Kia" my case worker "Gregory" would contact me. I would suggest the besr way to deal with Lakeview loancare is not to in the 1st place & seek a reputable lender; document everything when speaking with their employees; do not scheduled any payments with an employee & pay with a cashiers check. This company does not embrace accountability whatsoever."

"This garbage is the east valley now !!! This company is INCOMPETENT they should be investigated. I have had to deal with them 4 years now they deliberately miss took my payment info for escrow shortage had a returned payment Went to make my monthly payment they changed my bank routing info another returned payment Had to physical mail a chasers check cost me $10 extra every month for 6 months Missed payment dropped my credit score down 100 points the ONLY missed payment in my 14 year credit history!! They are a headache to deal with all ways getting info hacked or errors in routing ## the most remedial company i ever dealt with !!!"

"Our loan got transferred to this company. Website doesn't work and gives errors and says to call a phone number. After spending 3 minutes going through phone trees, it says sorry no one is available. It won't let me fix my address. Looks like I'm in for the same terrible experience everyone else has had. Updated to 3 stars. As of 30 Nov 23, they have updated their website. It now looks like a modern website, and the functionality is much improved. I was now able to accomplish all the tasks I originally could not. I have not tried to call them recently, so I can't speak to if their phones are now functional which is why I'm only increasing to 3 stars at this time."

"Got covid, I was out of work for 10 days. rather than putting my other bills on a tight budget for the month, I called to see if I can differ one payment, mind you I never have asked for this before. They said they would gladly help me differ my payment but I needed to refinance my house at current market interest. Which all I needed was this one time break, but no they wanted me to refinance 7% that more than twice of what I have now! Can't count on this mortgage company. I'm sure they are getting people for this too by making them refinance and making them pay way more for a small break."
