"I took on a decorative pillow for repair. They charge ahead of the repair so you are at their mercy for reasonable work. I had to go back twice to pick it up as it was not ready in time. I picked it up and it Looks like a child sew this on. They obviously do not have a professional alteration person. Any person can just stick something on. I’m glad it was not a piece of clothing. I asked for a refund as I do not trust that they have someone who knows how to sew and they refused. I strongly advise that you don’t take alterations to this place. I attached a photo of the original side and the botched job of repair. A person who knows sewing would open the seam and place tassel inside."

"I took a jacket in that has faux fur lining so it could safely be cleaned. Not only does the jacket appear to have been laundered as the lining is now longer than the outer shell, but the fur is all matted up and destroyed. It is completely ruined"

"I make every effort no matter the service to use locally owned businesses when we are seeking services in the area which was the case when we dropped our dry cleaning off at Ace Cleaners in Sparks. I had an 8-piece order that was dropped off on Friday 02/25/22 and due back per their receipt on Tuesday 03/01/22, unfortunately Ace Cleaners in Sparks did not live up to their end of the bargain. Understand, one has to pay in advance and there is an additional charge assessed when using a credit card, so not only do they have your clothing but they have your money. When I arrived to pick-up my order on Wednesday 03/02/22 at day after it was due, I was told that they had discovered once the order was returned to the shop that one of the shirts had a spot on it so the order wasn’t ready. I greatly appreciate their attention to detail but my order wasn’t ready, I was assured that everything would be back and ready to go on Thursday 03/03/22 but as you can guess it wasn’t. When I arrived on Thursday 03/03/22 it was explained that it was a miscommunication about when the order would be ready and excuse after excuse was offered but I didn’t have my order but they had my money and my clothing. The young man who was making the excuses suggested I return on Monday 03/07/22 which I did and after 11 days my order was finally ready. There was still some confusion when I picked the order up on Monday 03/07/22 and all the shirts were not together but miraculously I was able to leave with all of my order. Needless to say I will never return to Ace Cleaners, it’s one thing to drop the ball once but not twice and to blame things on a miscommunication and take no accountability is hardly a way to treat customers in my opinion specially with the cost of services and fuel on the rise."

"Worst owner ever. I came in with some questions along with my clothing, and just because I asked questions about her policies, she refused my entire order. I explained to her that I was asking the questions so that I would understand how things work. I excepted her policies, and I told her now that I understand how it works I accept your policies. She said we don't take customers like you. And she refused my business. Wow. Do not take your business here!"
