"I had a rush order for my dress to be cleaned. No problem they can have it done by the day I need. Pick it up pay $58. Before I even get out the store I notice my dress is torn. I was told we could repair it but not for 4 days! I simply asked for a refund and I could take my dress somewhere else to get fixed. The poor girl at the front desk wasnt authorized to do a refund. Terrible management. Was not her fault she was sweet. Said she would have management contact me. It’s been two weeks not a call yet maybe this will get their attention!"

"I would give this place -5 stars if i could. This is the most unprofessional, rude, and overly priced dry cleaners I have EVER been to. I dropped off these beautiful white vintage satin pants to have them cleaned and when I went to go pick them up I saw them completely ruined at the bottom. They put some kind of chemical at the bottom that made my once shiny soft silky pants into rough ugly crunchy starched mess!! The chemicals burned through the fabric leaving holes, rips and tears. Needless to say I was beyond pissed, because it's not like you can find these in stores anymore. They clearly have no clue on how to properly care for clothes. The owner (Kevin, i think) is a complete ignorant lying A******. He could care less about what i had to say and helping his customer. Before I could even get a word in the first thing out of his rude mouth was i am not paying for your pants, he then continued on saying it was my fault they were like that because I stepped on them too much... Ummmm then wouldnt the holes and the rough starch be there before I dropped them off??? The pants were almost unrecognizable at the bottom. That had to be the dumbest excuse i've ever heard to try to get out of paying for something. He was more interested in blaming me and lecturing me about all his years of experience in the business. HA! what a joke! A monkey could do a better job operating and managing than this guy. I wouldn't come back to this place if it was the last dry cleaners in the world. Please take your clothes and business to another company deserving of your money. This place will ruin your clothes, and then blame it on you."
