"Joe is incredible! We had a different carpet cleaner come and try to clean my roommates bedroom, but didn't manage to do a very good job removing the pet stains (albeit they were pretty bad). Joe came in like a wizard and got rid of it all, and the best part is he even did some extra spots he noticed elsewhere and didn't even charge me for it. Great guy, very professional."
