"I had used another carpet installation company in the area to install some rather high calibre carpet in my townhome about five years ago; the kind that should not end up looking like slop five years later. As it turns out, it was not installed correctly. Luckily I was recently introduced to Derrick and his company Dusty Desert, where he was able to come and stretch it using the industrial power tools that should have been used by the previous company (no wonder they’ve since gone out of business). But I could tell with Dusty Desert from the beginning that it was more than just about the right tools for the job. It was the knowledge and the skill behind the tools; the level of expertise and passion for what he was doing; the attention to detail. And even before and after the appointment, both he and his wife took every step to communicate and make sure that I was happy with the appointment, the pricing, and the results. This is what good business is all about, and I highly recommend them.
