"This a good loop hike, short with minimal elevation gain. There are gorgeous viewing points and some have options of climbing down a small ledge. The main trail has areas of some incline and those with mobility needs may want to use the benches available in spots to sit. There are some spots with rocks or tree roots protruding out of the ground and overall this trail would not be suitable for wheelchairs or strollers. This trail connects to other linger trails. There are historical markers that provide some information about the vegetation and remaining structures."
"Definitely visit this place if you’re traveling on the Road to Hana. Also save your national park receipt, as you can use it for either sunrise or sunset at Haleakalā National Park. The hike to the Seven Sacred Pools is short, maybe close to 0.5 miles and quite a good hike. It tends to rain often so pack some windbreaker jackets."
"Doable hike, not too many people, and definitely worth the views! The hike allows you to take a short loop there and back as well as to choose longer paths. It was windy and waves were large but we got to walk around for a bit! Park entrance fee for a car is $30, but it is valid for three days and gets you access to Haleakalā as well."
"Gorgeous, quick hike within the Haleakala National Park off the road to Hana. The water wasn't flowing very high and we couldn't get very close, but we are still glad we went."
"This is a beautiful park, but bring a water bottle. You can refill it there. You will need it. The trail has a lot of stairs, but it is worth it."
