He doesn’t talk about karate in regards to self defense that much. He focuses on the accuracy of the moves and how well the children are focusing in the moment. He has two phrases that have been incredibly helpful with my boys. Peaceful mind and crazy brain. He talks about how each state of mind feels in their body. When and where each of them is appropriate for. We go twice a week and my boys and I love it!"
