"I found nothing special about this particular real estate class. I feel I would've benefited more from an online course and paid less. Abe is nice enough, but can be condescending. The women who work for him are just out right rude. The tech they use is outdated. The material they give you can also be useless, outdated, and confusing compared to other companies I've compared it to. Knowing what I know now I wish I had gone with something different. I believe his good reviews are more from a lot of people knowing him than anything, as well as people hoping to get a "leg up" when starting. As well as not as many bad reviews because people are aware of his outreach and may fear it could hurt their career. I don't think this is as good a place as it's made out to be. You can benefit just as much from an online course."

I did, however, check with my Broker-to-be before signing up (just in case) and they recommended Abe as well. I found the pre-licensing class w Abe to be interesting, informative and enjoyable!
