"Heleen the unit manager for Wailuku Townhouse is SO UNPROFESSIONAL! We have been tenants of Shore to Shore for 3 years and she has not managed our unit with professionalism and care. We have emergency leaking water out of our bathtub and she has been no help to us. I spoke with her on the phone regarding this matter, she hung up the phone while we were talking and said “if you don’t like it move then.” I cannot believe she spoke to me that way on the phone. I need help with this matter and that’s how she spoke to me. She does not know how to professionally conduct business. She tells us to call our own plumber. She tells us to call the building manager. What is her job then if the work is left up to us?? It is so upsetting that when the unit needs care I am treated this way. We didn’t make the water leak, and I am spoken to this way on the phone. I have been forced to call the plumber myself and call the units owner myself because I have no help, she needs training on how to properly manage a unit because it is so unprofessional. I am reporting her to her manager."

"I wonder about this rental agency because they always have the rental up on their site and it never goes down. They collect 25.00 each time (per application) online from interested people looking for affordable low rent unit. I even applied for it 3 years ago and never heard back. But they never rent it. Ive been seeing the unit online and available for like over 3 years! Let’s monitor and see if these rentals on Uwapo ever get rented? Uwapo Road - 301, Kihei, HI 96753"

"These people were rude, racist, and did not allow us to even APPLY even though we have proof of great credit, good references for years and enough money to pay for an entire years rent up front, only because we are immigrants from Canada. We had to repeatedly ask for the woman at the desk to even talk to a manager, and she only gave us the answer of no because we showed up again after days of no response, even though we left our phone number. Never had a worse experience with a realty company and sad to see that that all the reviews we read were true."
