"I seen this place when I go to Safeway.. it's like semi ghetto sorta ok apartments but they make you lie on the application and say that you make 15 thousand dollars a month, but half the people living here work at Jack in the Box.."
"I’ve lived at Piilani Garden apartments over 7 yrs. due to a lack of apartments available in Kihei. During that time I saw soooo much go wrong, including issues with proper pay to employees and tenants being unjustly hit with $5,000 bills after moving. The practice at Piilani is the apartments are ungraded at the previous tenants expense. Just know if you move in here and no matter how “friendly” they appear to be, your exit will most likely come with a large bill unless you only stay a short while and no upgrades are needed. Sad to say, I have never seen a happy tenant after they’ve move out. Beware!"

"The office staff was always very nice, The only downside that ever happened living here once if there was no washer dryer in unit :-("
