"I have been waiting over three weeks for my deposit refund from Epic Realty, of $2389.38. as I had to change my booking from a two bedroom to a three bedroom unit. After phoning numerous times, I was told that they sent a cheque to the wrong person, which is absolutely ridiculous, as I paid by Visa. I’ve paid for the three bed unit, and STILL waiting over three weeks for my money. Everyone I spoke to at Epic Realty, had an extremely laid back “ I don’t care “ attitude. I’m so angry and frustrated with Epic Realty, Diane Marple"

My accommodations were just what I arranged for, the Epic Realty staff was friendly, and professional, the weather was great most days, the sunsets were gorgeous and I spent hours sharing time at the beaches with the turtles. "Outstanding services and accommodations!!! This is my 3rd time using Epic Realty LLC. They are THE BEST! My husband and I stayed at Kuleana 706 on our most recent visit. It was awesome! The condo is literally steps from the beach (a private beach)! The sunsets from the lanai were spectacular! The grounds on the property are perfectly manicured. It was so pretty! And the swimming pool and BBQ area is sparkling clean. It was the perfect vacation spot. We plan to go back. The Epic Realty staff is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They were very responsive when we needed anything. The check-in/check-out process is really simple and the rates are reasonable. I highly recommend them!"

"I never write bad reviews, I don't like hurting businesses, I always like writing good reviews but this company really really asked for it and there was no way they deserve to get away with the way we were treated.. I live on Maui and I don't want people to support a business that is ran like this. I will continue to spread the word, as I my husband and I both work in successful businesses in the heart of Lahaina. With out boring you with details of my terrible experience with this company, I just want to warn everyone before your stay that you will not be treated and greeted with aloha spirit AT ALL! The people who run this property management company are by far the rudest people I have ever came in contact with in customer service. I can not understand how these ladies are still employed and why any property owner would ever have them managing their properties. I was dumbfounded by how I was treated and it almost made me want to cry, because of utter disbelief. No ethics. Absolutely HORRIBLE! Please save yourself the trouble and never support this real estate agent or this company!!!"

"We had an easy time picking out our rental unit. The photos were very helpful in making our decision. The unit was well supplied and clean. We loved the proximity to the ocean in our lovely Kuleana condo. We'll be back and are going to tell our friends and family. Aloha and Mahalo!"
