"The only name I can call them now is “My HORRIBLE stays”. I travel to Maui regularly for work and two times in 3 months they canceled my bookings one day before my arrival. Of course I HAD to come to the island. One time because a federal organization paid them more for the booking, and another time supposedly due to some “plumbing issues”. Both times they offered me to move to “another” location which was WAY more expansive. Both times I ended up renting with another company losing thousands of dollars due to the last minute booking in the middle of the high season. Beware I warned you all. And I am done with them. Today I put an application for an actual apartment with contract it will still be cheaper and 100% reliable. Nobody will “cancel on me last minute”. Oh, and by the way, the manager is super rude. "Our stay was wonderful! We were centrally located on Maui with a beautiful oceanfront view, AC and everything we needed in the condo. We were close to a long beautiful uncrowded beach in Ma’alaea. My Perfect Stays provided a concierge to help book activities and was responsive to our requests. We saw Turtles in the water from our lanai and enjoyed the on-site pool. We were walking distance to the aquarium and excursions from Ma’alaea harbor. We’ve already booked another trip to the same locale!"

"From the time we made the reservation until the time we departed, the process was smooth. Communication was great! Their website is user friendly and easy to follow. They communicated via email before, during and after our stay. The emails were very helpful with needed information about the property, what was expected of us, and what we could expect upon arrival. During our stay we they checked in to make sure everything was going well. Day before departure, we received our instructions as what to do when we left. It was all very easy and clear. We would definitely use My Perfect Stays again! We stayed at Island Sands 612 and could not be happier. It was my parents (70, 75), Myself and my 13 year old daughter. This condo is exactly as the photos showing the website. It's roomy, clean, and decorated beautifully. There was more than enough room for the 4 of us. I would say it could easily have 6 people with plenty of room to spare. The view is spectacular. It’s an end room so we had a double balcony. We watched the turtles everyday from there. They are right out front. The beach is small but you could paddleboard or kayak right from there. You could also snorkel. We never saw more than a couple people down there at a time. The kitchen had everything, and I mean EVERYTHING you could possibly need if you are cooking while there. Coffee pot was clean and brewed quickly(super important to us). Tons of counter space in there for prep work or for our mini leftover buffet we had on our last night. The AC was on when we arrived and the condo was very cool. Almost chilly. We turned off the large AC unit that cooled the living area of the condo and the main bedroom and opened the doors for that fantastic island breeze. We did have to use the window unit at night in the second bedroom as it does not get the same breeze but still worked great. We never turned the larger AC unit on the rest of our trip and the window unit was only used at night. The bathrooms were both large, clean and comfortable. Plenty of linens! Only thing I would suggest is maybe a mat of some sort for the tub. For the elderly guests, the tub is slick when taking a shower. My Mom put a towel down and that solved it for her but hate to use a towel for that. Our parking spot was right by the elevators. Property was very clean as well. We did not utilize the pool but it looked clear and inviting. Condo is only 15 minutes from the airport. It's central on the island so it was easy to go anywhere without it being a long long drive. Except the ones you want to be long like the RTH. I would highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay there again. No question"
