They do a great job screening the tenants, and they do very thorough check in and check out inspections. I appreciate they always communicate with me and return my calls in a timely fashion. "UPDATE: In response from Kamehameha Realty they are trying to say I could have contacted them? We did multiple times. Great service they provide when the customer needs to reach out first.. The Realtor only got back to us after the I left the bad review. Definitely not trying to intentionally hurt the business. I have rented from a few property managers and have never had this bad of service. Maybe I should have checked your 1 star Yelp account before inquiring. They were so quick to pull credit. But I haven’t gotten any texts or calls from them letting me know they received my application. It’s been 17 days, I heard nothing from them. The house was on the market for 2 weeks and now finally was taken off the market. Still no call or text. Horrible customer service. Even if I wasn’t approved or the homeowners choose a different applicant, a call would have been nice."
