"Apparently it's 400$+ to "dust" my apartment and clean a vent after I spent 150$ to professionally clean the carpet aswell and additional 600$ to patch a 6 inch spot from worn paint and take random spots off the wall. Would not recommend. If you rent from them take extensive pictures and hire your own cleaning company afterwards as I made the mistake of not doing so or you will be remodeling the apartment from your security deposit."

"They lie and try to find ways to steal your deposit. I was told I would get a call back after they verified with the previous manager the condition of the property upon me renting it. No call and I was charged for things that were there upon me moving in. When I called to tell them they lied and told me they would verify and call me they said they emailed the previous manager and was told everything was fine and he would send me the email. I asked what were the questions they asked and the questions they asked or that I was told they asked were worded incorrectly. I never received the email. They also didn't ask if the previous manager still had pictures from the listing. So they didn't try to verify. Additionally I left the place cleaner than it was before I got it. Had I known they were going to steal from me I would've left it exactly like I received it. They got me once, but they will never get a chance to steal from me again. I will never rent anything from them."
