"We had an absolutely wonderful time during our family stay last October 2-8, 2023 at Pili Mai 7B Kauai, Hawaii! Thanks to this wonderful Airbnb experience. The location was absolutely perfect, offering breathtaking views of the ocean- Poipu Beach at sunrise and got to have the chance to watch the turtles at sunset (about 10 minutes walk) and lush tropical surroundings. Despite the initial setback of the air conditioning not functioning properly in the whole house for 2 days! the management was extremely accommodating and provided us with portable AC units, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. With some improvements needed in the air conditioning system, our overall experience was delightful, thanks to the dedicated and attentive hosts. Their (staff) responsiveness to our needs was commendable, as they promptly addressed any issues we encountered. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway in paradise!"

"Had an absolutely magical time for my first visit to Kauai. Rented an ocean front condo at the beautiful Waipouli Beach Resort!! Centrally located and not too far from the airport, walk to the grocery store, local shops and restaurants. Great home base for visiting different parts of the island and the perfect spot for hanging at the pool or on the beach."

"We booked a week at Waipouli Beach Resort in Building B. Upon arrival, the AC stopped worked in the unit to which we contacted management through Rental Host. They were kind enough to bring us fans, but the AC took almost 3 days to be resolved. We understand stuff happens and we were very understanding in terms of the resolution.. but the idea that we paid full price for this unit and didn’t sleep multiple nights is just bad customer service. Once maintenance arrived at our place, they told us it was 78 degrees in our unit!! Didn’t expect to miss sleep due to booking through this company and to receive no discount for the inconvenience. Sorry to say but won’t be referring them or booking with them again."

"WoW!!! The experience of a Lifetime!!! My Wife and I Stayed at the Beautiful and Exotic Prince Kuhio's Property... It was just us two and we were celebrating our honeymoon in this tropical garden and Koi pond resort. We were surrounded by incredible Local Hardwood decor and were central to everything in Poipu! Right next to us was an Ancient Hawaiian Park and we had views clear out to the Ocean and see some of the most incredible sunsets while we watched whales breeching!! It was a breath taking experience also while we were snorkeling we saw so may turtles swimming through the water.... The Accommodations were super clean, everything was provided for us in the kitchen even though we mostly ate up at the Kukuiula Shopping Village that had so many Amazing restaurants and picked up smoothies every morning... We are so excited we have already booked our stay for winter again this year... Thanks so much!!"
