"CrossFit Kawaihae is fantastic! I did 3 drop in classes, met quite a few members who were all very welcoming and helpful. The programming was a good balance between heavy, hard, and skills with thoughtful warm-up and cool-down. I met four coaches, Josh, Jaydene, Tammy and Jacy. All were incredibly welcoming and positive. You guys have created a wonderful atmosphere! I thoroughly enjoyed my time at your gym, thank you! I would recommend dropping in at this gym. Only one word of caution, Willie has expensive (but really good) taste when it comes to restaurant recommendations! :D Thanks for that one bud!"

"Traveling from out of town and came in as a visitor. Myself and I sons have done CrossFit for about a year. Great people who work out here and all are so friendly. Our trainer Jacy was very knowledgeable and very helpful to my sons and showed them a couple things to improve their technique. Highly recommend it if you are traveling from out of town."
