"I come to Jeans Warehouse very frequently, they have super cute and affordable clothes for all ages. The staff here is delightful, they’re so helpful and make great conversations while checking me out. The manager is so professional for being so young. The tall brown haired girl on the kids side is so sweet and patient. I love coming to this Jeans Warehouse, it feels like home."
"The employees simply do not care about the customers. Worst customer service and attitudes I’ve seen in retail in a long time. Tried to go into the Kids location on Sunday Dec. 18. There was a sign on the door that said closed until 3:10 due to short staffing. Which is funny because there were 4 people behind the counter at the location next door, 2 of which were sitting down playing on their phones. Waited until 3:10 and then was told it wouldn’t open until 3:45 and that they had written the time down wrong. Went back at 4:15 and they were finally open. Walked in and the first thing the employee says to me is “just so you know we close in 20 minutes” not even a hello or welcome!"

"Tried to do a return. Worker was begging management for help on the phone, clearly uncomfortable. Manager Ticea ? strolled in five minutes later made numerous gratuitous loud insulting comments about return item in front of other shoppers. Asked for her supervisor number she would not give that information. Will never shop this brand again."
