"I just got off the phone with the rudest man I've ever encountered. I've stayed at this resort once before and didn't encounter this terrible customer service years ago. Something has clearly changed in the past 5 years. When you're paying at this high price point, the least you would expect is common decency on the phone when you're politely inquiring about staying there again. They just lost my business. Don't stay here if you want to be able to depend on good, reliable customer service."

"Once again Donna Bender of MauiCalls booked our stay at Napili Point. Donna always does a great job for us. Everything was ready for us when we arrived and I loved staying right on the ocean. Our beautiful and recently remodeled condo was very comfortable with a lovely and well equipped kitchen. The gorgeous Napili Beach was just a 3 min walk away. We made good use of Donna's Local Girl's Guide to Maui enjoying several of her restaurant recommendations."

"We just returned from 8 wonderful nights at Napili Point. This was our 4th visit here, and we can hardly wait to return! The grounds, pool areas, and our unit were clean and very well maintained. The views are amazing! We stayed in B-30, which was nicely decorated and felt like home. We loved sitting on the lanai and ate almost all of our meals there. The kitchen was large, had nice cabinets and granite counters, and had just about everything we needed. Just wish it'd had a small cooler that we could've taken to the beach or on our day trips. The bedroom had a king size bed, but the old mattress was the pits, and was in dire need of being replaced! Every time we moved you could here the bedsprings, and there were permanent indentations on each side (from years of use and not being flipped over), so I ended up rolling into the "hole" every night. Snorkeling is amazing in Honokeana Bay, right down from the resort. We saw so many neat fish and sea turtles! It was the highlight of our trip! It is very difficult to get in and out of the water on the slippery black rocks though, so you may want to find a different location to snorkel, or enter the water elsewhere. We were sad to go and look forward to our next stay at Napili Point!"

"Donna through Maui Calls made booking our vacation easy and seamless. She also allowed us access to her 100 page Guidebook which helped guide our decisions . I feel as though we had the true experience and we covered so much of the experiences in the island -from her restaurants to to the excursions. We swam with turtles , went whale watching , and biked down a volcanic mountain . The view from our condo was breathtaking and unobstructed. Parking was easy and restaurants were nearby. I recommend the Mai Tai at the Hula Grill. I would highly recommend Donna and this resort."
