"Fun place with great tasting spirits! We really enjoyed tasting their unique, delicious spirits (most made with local honey) and talking to the owner and guy who helped us with the tasting (sorry didn’t get his name). They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Wish we’d had time to try one of their amazing sounding cocktails, but we did bring home a bottle of the “whiskey”. Wish we had room for more. We highly recommend this distillery/tasting room in an industrial area of Kailua-Kona!"

"We stopped in while on vacation. We always seek out local wineries/cideries/distilleries/breweries on our extensive travels. This is a small operation. Using Google it was hard to find - it’s tucked back in an industrial corner. The distiller is a unique and clearly just a guy trying to make it in a very competitive liquor world. But his products speak for themselves! The Distiller’s Reserve, made with local sourced honey, beat Jack Daniel’s honey!! Surprised by the no charge tasting experience but as he gets more known that will likely, and rightfully, change. Local establishments should be carrying his products and toting local made! Come on Hawaii, ditch the corporate world and get onboard with local!"
