"Incredible, this Dr. Advertises that they are accepting new patients, however when I called concerned about a precancerous spot that is getting bigger, and looks indented, I was told that they are not accepting any new patients. I practically begged, but there is no one in the entire practice cared, not even to see me for 5 minutes, just to relieve my anxiety and concern, they suggested another Dr. whom also was not taking any new patients.!! I would like to change my 1 star to MINUS 10. They should all be ashamed,!"
"I had a great experience. I had been recommended by a friend who goes there. I have been out in the sun throughout my whole life, live here in Maui, and so of course need to get my skin checked! I did have a spot on my face I was concerned about but didn't have an appointment for 2 months out. I was able to send pictures, and with the concern I was able to be on the cancellation list and was able to get in just a couple days later! I feel they made it a priority to get me in with my concern and I appriciate that so much! My appointment went great. They accept my insurance, I was seen by Dr. Bejenaru who was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. She was able to explain how I can protect my skin and what to look out for"
"Just fantastic. He diagnosed me instantly with a condition I've been struggling with for years. And listened and communicated that he is there for me whenever I need him. Also while I was waiting to be seen I saw a elderly man with no appointment come up to the counter and asked for his bandages to be changed. He went right in with no problem and came right out, just amazing service in my opinion."
"I feel so much better after the skin inspection. It's good to feel secure after Jameson Pawlik looked me over. Then very quickly I had the added relief of knowing that the one spot that needed a biopsy was negative. Very fine experience."
