"From the moment I entered the waiting area, which was pleasant, clean, and orderly, staff treated me with courtesy, respect, concern, and professionalism. After completing the brief required paperwork, I had only a short wait before Rose showed me to the exam room to take my vital signs, record my symptoms, and perform the preliminaries of a medical test. A very short time later, less than ten minutes, Heidi gave me the results of the test, asked about my symptoms in more detail, did a physical exam, and gave me a diagnosis and treatment instructions. The receptionist provided me a printed summary of the visit, including an explanation of my diagnosis and treatment. I received excellent care. Minit Medical Care Clinic on Līpoa and their superb staff earned a 5-star review and my highest recommendation."

"Was in incredible pain (uti) waiting for them to open, sitting on the cold concrete. Supposed to open at 8. Lady opens the door for a staff member, but doesn't say a thing to me or the other people now waiting. After a few minutes we realize that they unlocked the door when they let the staff member in, but didn't invite us in, didn't say anything. Annoyed, I go in and was told, "we don't take your insurance, why don't you just go to the ER". I told her I would pay and that I was in too much pain to drive. She rolls her eyes and says, "well it starts at $230 and that's just to talk to the doc, nothing else". At this point I wasn't comfortable being seen there and called for a friend to take me to the ER, where I was admitted immediately and given the best care. I wouldn't recommend this place, just go to the ER."

"All the front desk works were very kind and welcoming. The nurses were gentle and reassuring. They listened well and made the experience when you are down and out sick just a little bit of light and hopeful something to not dread, rather look forward to the appointment! I am sick that’s where I’m going again!"

"Fast service! We walked into the clinic and they gave us an appt time. We only had to wait 1 1/2 hours. So, went for lunch and on our return, they took my husband right in! Friendly staff and location is very convenient! Highly recommend Minit Medical Urgent Care. (We are Kaiser patients and being able to go to an urgent care in Kihei, instead of Wailuku is great!"
