"Worst pharmacy ever, don’t go there. Pharmacist are incompetent. I had problems with three of my prescriptions even if the doctors were backing me. As a postpartum depressed mom they wouldn’t accommodate and everyone of them are so rude!"

"Horrible experience 4 times as of today. First harassment by gay guy pharmacist who saw my address on my ID when i pick up my prescription and year of gay sexual comments , Than 2 older ladies pharmacist from lanihou kona CVS longs wanted to go to Christmas pride so they wanted close early told me to come tomorrow. I said leaving to Europe for 5 weeks I need my meds I got text it’s ready for pick up! The 2 ladies kept saying they know it’s 3 min to close but they don’t want to be here all night if kept letting more people in ! I said 2 days ago I drove 40 min from home to pick up my ready prescriptions online says close at 8pm got there at 6:30 pm . It was close and paper note closing at 6 pm . So today cane before 6 pm 40 min drive again one way to pick up my prescription. Could not find parking in the center because of the Christmas pride so it took me around 10 min to find parking and walk to the pharmacy. I was leaving for 5 weeks to Europe next day needed my prescription! They refused to give it to me !!! Today called to target CVS longs male pharmacist said my prescription is ready, I double checked if that prescription is ready it’s only injectable I am taking past 5 years so there couldn’t be any misunderstanding like later he said i talk about fish oil which I didn’t I have several new bottles at home that isn’t emergency the injectable is !! When I got to pharmacy lady pharmacist gave me the fish oil i said I talk to male pharmacist he said it’s ready and no copay ( i had no copay 5 years for the injectable) she said insurance on computer is down and she can only give me the medication if i pay full price around $140 !! When 40 min prior the make pharmacist said it’s ready no copay now was lying he didn’t talk to me. I said just transfer it back to the other pharmacy where the rude 2 ladies and gay guy works then . When i git there they said they have it no co play but i need to call my doctor for new order again. Im like it’s same company just different location it’s transferring back and forth 3 x why they need new order it’s Saturday doctor is closed they said over the phone it’s ready. I drove here and now this run around. So i said ok transfer it back to target CvS longs . I called the target pharmacy and the guy i spoke to today said all sudden yes he spoke to me in the morning, ( it was exactly at 1:05pm not in the morning) than he said i asked fir fish oil . I said not true I don’t need a fish oil i got 3 unopened bottles at home of fish oil . I called specifically fir my injectable i need take frequently and im 10 days past due because they giving me run around I would not drive 1.5 h if they didn’t have it ready, but he said it was ready now he make up story i asked about fish oil ! He asked what i want from him ! I said my meds he said it’s are ready no copay . He again said he talk about the fish oil . I said he is lying because the 2 medications are totally different and I wouldn’t call to pharmacy to ask fir something is confirmed on my text and i have several bottles of fish oil at home . I had 2 stomach surgeries last week and no need drive around to pharmacy for something I already have at home!! He was rude and hang up!!! Horrible employees at both CVS longs . Not all of them but these 4 employees are rude have no knowledge about what they doing and 0 customer service very rude!"

"Horrible customer service. I called for two days to ask them to transfer a RX I desperately needed from Texas on Monday 8.14. I left my phone number and called my home pharmacy to give them a heads up I needed it. I called back on Tuesday as well as stoped in to speak to the pharmacy directly. The urgency of the matter does not equal the customer service needed to fulfill my request. It is now Thursday and the pharmacist has not called as of today. The rude pharmacy tech who wrote my number on the post it on Tuesday said “they are short handed”. That sounds like a them problem and not a me problem. I understand now why they don’t have good reviews on Google. Do not go here especially if you need your medication anytime soon. Rude rude rude."

"Used to be great - but the key employees are GONE and this place is a MESS. The poor girls there have zero idea what to do. After waiting in line for over an hour, they mis-billied my Rx's and then told me I was with a different insurance company and wouldn't release my meds. I had to get the insurance company on the line and speak with them to sort it out. I was beyond nice and patient - I felt sorry for them - but the gal disappeared, had a breakdown and someone else had to fill her place. They literally threw the bags at me and said "here" ... not very professional. Will NEVER go back. I have been a customer for over 12 years there. Very sad."
