He helped give a lot of great information and listened to my medical troubles to determine if medical marijuana was right for me. Really wonderful and pleasant man to talk to on the phone! Next step was going to the office to visit Ivy, and that was wonderful as well! Easy to find office with tons of parking, and the facility inside is clean and modern! Ivy was professional but also warm and comforting. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns and gave informed and assuring answers. After I booked the appointment I had a lot of questions about the process in Hawaii (I had had a medical cannabis card in another state), but someone from CertiCann called me that same night and was super nice and answered all my questions. Ivy was wonderful, a pleasure to talk to, and was very knowledgeable and reassuring about the process. My appointment took about half an hour and was very convenient for me!
