"My son has had two birthday parties here. Always a great time. I confirmed via phone the party was for 15 kids and at the end of the party I was told it was only for 10. The parents paid for the extra siblings, but they were trying to charge me for them. We also had an issue with the pizza not arriving on time (an hour late) but still had to leave at the allotted time. Overall it was a fantastic party and Raelyn (forgive me if I misspelled her name) was a great host."

"I think it’s a fantastic place. However, they need to have people supervising more on the trampolines, because children cannot jump on the trampolines and do tricks because other kids are constantly running across their trampoline with no care or consideration for other people or safety. The worst ones are the two long ones at the entrance to the trampoline area. My kids have no issues taking turns with others because this is how we teach them. My children don’t ever cut in front or behind other children on trampolines. They walk are the the trampolines with children on them because this is something we taught them. Manners and consideration for others. In the 6 times I’ve taken my kids there, there was only two girls playing together with other littler kids. These two girls stopped the little ones from going on the tramp in front of my daughter and they actually cheered her on while she practiced one of her hand springs. The main issue with these lover trampolines is kids use them to get speed and do flips and other acrobatic aerials. Once a kid leave the tramp and are in the air there is no stopping their momentum except for other kids running across without paying attention. I’ve seen some close calls. I assume the owners aren’t too concerned because we all sign waivers. So I’m posting this to get their attention. Since it seems like most parents aren’t teaching their kids about this or are too busy with their noses in their phones to supervise I feel that the owners need an employee to supervise. Only one time I noticed an employee supervising but that was in the Dodge ball area."

"Horable we spent 500.00 for my grandsons 4th birthday party the room wasn't ready, she was cleaning up and throwing stuff away while they were still eating cake. Way over priced. A guy was passed out in front of our door the whole time. Never go there again"

"It's always a great place to take the kids. My daughter loves this place!! Friendly people, kids area, family areas, large open space for a large party or many visitors. I was skeptical at first. Either eventually I joined in on the fun. Great place to exercise but in a fun way. Of the tablet, off the games. It's a little pricey but totally doable if it's only once a month or every couple of months."

"We had our daughter's birthday party at Flip n Out Extreme. This is a huge indoor playground mostly made up of a lot of trampoline areas. This location has a lot of space and area to jump on trampolines. There is also plenty of areas to sit and relax and to watch your kids play. There is a restroom and also a place to order hot food like pizzas. They also have some arcade games to play. You can also win tickets at the arcade to trade in for little prizes. The party area was very big and spacious. The only complaint I have for this visit is that our host for the party area didn't give us everything that came with our party package. We actually had to go to the front desk to ask them if we would receive our daughter's t-shirt and tokens for the arcade. They did give them to us, but the tokens were supposed to be for all of the kids that were at the party. Most of them left by the time we got them and we were on our way out, so we have a bunch of tokens to use next time we go. We usually have excellent service when we go to this location, so it's not a big deal. We will return to let our daughter play on the trampolines again!"
