"Been there three times for dog ear infection. Each time back to back they charged $500. Even though the treatments did not work and clear up the infection, they billed $500 each time he was seen. I thought that was outrageous. Dog still has the same ear infection, will not go back there."

"Consistently.. upon multiple occasions, with multiple pets, they are incapable of providing an accurate diagnosis for health issues. Will jump straight to suggesting expensive bloodwork without thoroughly considering other options or possible causes. Ended up paying over $400 for basically an *I don’t know* and some vitamin B12. Go somewhere else. I am SO done with this clinic. They are only after your money and easy cases with your pets. Anything beyond basic things like vax, spay/neuter, kennel cough, etc… I would not bring your fur baby here. I lost one kitty (different kitty) suddenly about 3 months after they said he had a clean bill of health. Shouldn’t the $250 bloodwork have foretold of potential issues? Otherwise, what’s the effing point??Waste of hard earned money and even worse, the loss of a beloved family member."
