"I had to see another Therapist just to recover from my experience working with this Doctor. First, he overmedicated me. I felt like a guinea pig, trying this medication and that. He finally put me on two different benzodiazapenes, an SSRI and prescription sleep aid. I told him I felt overmedicated and he took me off all medication without a slow weening plan, which gave me the worst withdrawal symptoms ever and then he would have me back on meds again. What was worse is that he really made me feel special in a totally inappropriate way. He would see me for 2-3 hours at a time weekly and I would be his last patient of the day. It was very intimate. In hindsight, I believe he enjoys getting into the inner intimate workings of attractive and intelligent (but vulnerable) women. He definitely enjoys the power play, and acts the part well as an attractive, well spoken and intelligent Doctor. When working with him, he told me that he was beginning to fall in love with me. Obviously with the nature of transference, I became deeply in love with him. Our intimacy grew. He shared very private details with me about his life and his discontent for being a suburban Psychiatrist in Hawaii Kai. He wanted to get away from this life and began looking to purchase a home on a neighbor island, asking me for my opinion and wanting me to help him choose a home. I fell hard, and how could I not when he would say things like, [verbatim in his words] "You're more than I could have even dreamed of in a person and I keep trying to pinch myself to see if I'm dreaming too..and I'm also very seriously thinking about exactly how to burn my life as I know it so I can leap off this cliff with you. I'm seriously crazy about you," and "...you're the only person I've ever met where love didn't feel like a pipe dream," just to give some examples. I really believed this was all real. He would go from one extreme to the other (chocolate syrup words to cold and calculating). This whole experience was extraordinarily traumatizing. I eventually had to seek another Therapist to help me recover from this. My new Therapist is convinced that Dr. Collori is a Narcissistic Sociopath with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder tendencies and most likely does this to other women. I defended Dr. Collori for months, because I could not believe anyone could do this to another human being. I'm finally beginning to heal and gain the strength to share my story without feeling a deep pain and suffering and I now see him for what he is and has done. I am off all medication and feel better than I ever have, too."

"I worked with Dr. Collori for almost three years during which he put me on more medication than any other Doctor ever has (which took me years to recover from), and learning my vulnerabilities he took me on a three-year emotional roller coaster ride of inappropriate, unethical, unprofessional, manipulative behavior which culminated in a warning from his Supervisor that led him to drop me over the phone without a care for my well-being as my Dr. It took years to recover from this trauma and move on, at which point he contacts me again and attempts to romantically re-insert himself back into my life. Once again, knowing my vulnerabilities, he played manipulative hot and cold mind sociopathic and narcissistic games with me. I cannot put into words the trauma he inflicted on me. After the fact, I ran a background check on him and see (public records) of him for domestic battery, DUIs, and restraining orders against him. This man is reckless and should not be a Doctor caring for others."

"Unethical and unprofessional. I trusted and worked with this Doctor as my Therapist for almost three years. He led me on. I thought I was in love with him. He played mind games with me. When he feared he was getting in trouble with what he was doing to me/with me, he dropped me as a patient over the phone with no support in transitioning me to another practitioner. What kind of therapist even drops their patient of three years over the phone without a transition plan? I was left to pick up these shattered pieces and recover from the trauma he caused me. Ten years later and a lot of work recovering from this, he contacts me declaring his love for me and how he never could get me out of his heart. He said all other girlfriends were him trying to find me in them. He said he wanted to be a dad to my son and be together. He almost destroyed my marriage (yes, I was married at this point). I cannot begin to describe the syrupy words of love he fed me. Yes, he's smart, charming, manipulative and good with words. When I began to question him again, he turned from Dr. Jekyll to Mr. Hyde and dropped me again out of fear for his reputation, but the damage was long done (twice) and I had to relive this nightmare (again). I have all the proof of this and considered (still considering) going to the Medical Board. Apparently, a couple months after pulling this love declaration on me, he's off proposing to someone he just met who uncannily is similar to me from the outside perspective (he seems to be drawn to Asian women). This man is mentally ill himself, is narcissistic (loves when he receives accolades, complements and attention but turns quickly sour if you question him), sociopathic and takes zero accountability or responsibility for his actions. He hides in fear when his reputation may be on the line. I needed to share my story so people know what he is capable of."

"Dr. Collori is very quick to respond to new patient inquiries and accepts HMSA PPO. The new patient paper work is very detailed and thorough and easy to fill out digitally and can be sent back to him securely through email. He offers 50 minute psychotherapy sessions which my previous doctor did not have. He is very good at medication management and has an organized section included in the patient history form to list out current medication regiments. He has excellent communication skills and can assure you, that you won't have any issues engaging in conversation. Good for adults looking for medication management and/or weekly -monthly psychotherapy sessions. Highly recommend this doctor!"
