"Appointment was at 8 am , and office has us come in 15 before appointment. No front desk worker was to be found but worker that was there early still greet me. I show my Drivers License and insurance card and asked for my last name to be updated. Front desk worker just looks at me. After filling out paperwork and signing to have the permission to work , I asked for last name to be updated. She said does it have to be updated? I said yes my last name is not same anymore. So please add in the second part of my last name. After finally done with appointment , I hand paperwork Doctor had given to me to give front desk. Front desk worker has long black hair and tan skin, she is the first front desk worker today, May 19, 2023. She prints out paperwork for next appointment and I look at my address and my street name is spelled wrong. Ultra sound and Doctor are very nice and sweet. But front desk , I don't know what they are looking at when they copy and have our ID and insurance card for keeping their side record. I have been so patient when asking for last name to be updated and to see street name spelled wrong is just disappointing."

"Went in there today for a NST test, my appt was at 2 but due to some confusion i landed at a different fetal diagnostic long story short, i reached this place around 2.30 and they still accommodated me and gave me the test. The staff is very friendly and talk to the point. it was my first appointment and i still have a few more to go till the due date in Jan. So far i am happy and content with the service. Will update if anything changes :) :)"

"My wife was treated horribly here. She asked for a simple accommodation to be made for her disability. Not only was she denied, she was loudly called out in front of a waiting room full of people and accused of faking her impairment. I informed the receptionist that she could verify with my wife’s PCP and I wasn’t surprised her OB/GYN had no documentation. She continued to tell me she did not believe that any accommodation was necessary. The callous insensitivity of the receptionist was appalling. How can someone who works in a healthcare field publicly humiliate someone for having a physical impairment. No class, no tact. Avoid going to this facility, they are not professional."
