"They try their best to get you back on track but the way they do things isn't always best for you. I came in here very flexible and I was doing things I could never thought I would ever do again then I started doing this about 2 weeks in. I reinjured my back I honestly think I was better off not going here because they rush you and they add more weight and they don't let you know what your lifting. I got hurt here after surgery I was way better off taking things slow don't Rush take your time don't let them push you into doing things you cannot because you're only hurting yourself in the end. I honestly think downtown has better service and a much better team and that's just my honest opinion I wish I never went back here because the pain is back."
