"Boyfriend had xrays and cleaning. Needed further work and when called back. No answer for a few calls. Finally drove there and schedule on door stating not back until mid February. In pain and no answer!!"

"These liars and cheaters wasted my time. Time I'm never getting back. They scheduled me for a deep cleaning appointment to which I never agreed to to begin with. I came in thinking it was just for a regular cleaning. They told me that unless I get the deep cleaning, they are going to require me to come in for additional cleanings uninsured by insurance. They could have told me this over the phone. Instead they waited until I was there thinking I would give in to the pressure. I do not do business with those who use disgusting scumbag tactics like these. I suggest you, the reader, do the same."

"First thing they did was make me sign a paper saying I would pay any amount they charged without even telling me what the fees were. Then all I asked for was a cleaning and exam but they said it was a policy to x-ray and charge more. One staff member June was insulting when I questioned the policy."
