"First time we had ever been to this store we were discriminated against for having a disability. The staff need some serious training on sensitivity to individuals with disabilities and equal access. The associate not only humiliated myself and my husband but directed us to the clearance section in back. There is no option for zero stars but this place should definitely be inspected by the City of Henderson for compliance."

"I wouldn’t recommend anyone visit this store, I bought a bought two bedrooms sets from them a king size and queen size and a sectional sofa the king size was never delivered after a month goes by I had to give them a call and ask what’s going on with my they’re reply is we forgot to call you and let you know that the bed was on back order so if I hadn’t called I still would have been waiting then I find another bed that didn’t look so good but hey I needed a bed I moved in from Chicago and still took a few weeks for that then with the sectional sofa it’s to big for my front room never sat on or anything tags still on it mind you I just in from Chicago they giving me the wrong information on when I purchased everything I’m explaining to them I didn’t even own my house at the time of the date she’s telling I purchased it, so I had too text them my receipt for the purchase and then I get a apology call saying that someone with the same name I have purchased the same thing and still wouldn’t let me return the sofa I wasn’t asking for any money back just a store credit and I was still buying other furniture, worse communication no customer service I wouldn’t recommend them at all"

"Purchased a sofa on December 8, 2022. Decent sales experience, decent pickup experience. Now today, December 15, 2023, the frame on my sofa collapses while simply sitting on the couch. I am 5’10” 204lbs and I don’t flop down when I sit. Called Bigs to see if they would do anything, the answer was a stiff no. 7 days past warranty. 7 days. I will never buy from this store again. 1 year out of such an expensive couch is ridiculous."

I asked Maria a thousand questions and had her price out a thousand things and she was super patient and also gave me my space. I literally looked at +6 stores and Big's was the best. I got what I wanted, when I wanted it for the best deal! Kimberly is amazing too, the store manager."
