"So the owner of this company assured us they were custom cabinet builders with expert installers. I should’ve known we were in trouble when the owner herself, took inaccurate measurements on her initial visit to our home. Her installers showed up with pre-fabricated very cheaply made cabinets and left our walls riddled with holes. The countertops had gaps, visible seams, and dark rings that could only be removed with acetone which I had to remove myself. When I approached the owner with my complaints, she cavalierly blew me off and reluctantly sent out her installers weeks later to make things even worse. She had the audacity to then bill me for the repairs that left our kitchen, unrepaired and unusable. We had to call out a carpenter and another company to uninstall patch up the holes and give us the quality materials that we requested in the first place. Essentially, we were double billed by this company for the shoddy, very poor craftsmanship and very cheaply made cabinets and countertops that were anything but custom. I would never recommend this company to anybody."
