"I just recently got home to the mainland so that's my perspective. I could not speak more highly of my experience purchasing my orchid here. * Incredibly helpful. Made me feel heard as I was describing my experiences in the past and what I was looking for that day * Certifies orchid purchases for a small fee (what I did). This makes the process of carrying on your orchid a relative breeze. * Can ship them quickly for you in bulk for a slightly higher fee (what I would do with hind sight). My recommendation is to get a couple if you're considering it and using the shipping to save yourself a lot of later effort in terms of carrying through flights. * The packing was extensive and made sure the plant was well cushioned. Use a knife but cut with absolute care. * The plants while I was there and especially the one she helped me pick out appear to be very healthy. In my experience where you buy your orchids makes a huge difference and I would definitely buy from here again"
