"This was located on the island of Kauai and not too far from our hotel. The staff are great and helpful. Unfortunately, I believe they are understaffed at the time we visited so the wait was a bit longer, but the upbeat attitude of the staff made up for it ;)"

"I don’t usually think about going to Ross while on vacation, but on a whim I went inside. I scored a nice red hoodie dress by Calvin Kline for 20 bucks! The normal selling price was 69 dollars according to a Nordstroms(?) price tag even though the Ross price tag labeled it as being 24. Would drop by again next time I’m in the area since their inventory is very different from where I live!"

"Some really nice finds here for kids! I visited in late September and this is what I found. Great prices on some souvenirs that you might see around the island and some from past seasons. If you need water shoes, flip flops, hats, a dress, totes, or really anything for the beach or pool, you will find it here really cheap. They have a much better selection of these items for kids too (like water shoes and swimsuits) than at other Ross locations."

"Came all the way back home today on north shore to realize the lady forgot to put two of my items in the bag. I called the store to make sure I could come back and get them sometime. The manager told me as long as I came within the next couple of days. I told her I couldn’t plan my next couple of days around driving all the way to kapaa to pick up two small items. I said I would be fine to just be refunded the $30 over the phone, I paid with a cc and still have my receipt. She said she couldn’t do that and laughed like it was a stupid request. I told her that surely she could. Nope, guess a big corporate store like Ross doesn’t have the technical capabilities to do a refund without the credit card there in person. And they desperately need that $30 sale! I wouldn’t be so upset if it were my own mistake but the cashier didn’t put the items in the bag. This definitely does not make we want to shop at Ross in the future. I will be going into the store when it works for me within the next 30 days and getting a refund. Not going to support this terrible way of doing business."
