"Terrible pharmacy,went to get 2 scripts and they didn't have 1 of them and they tell me I need to contact my doc and have them"do the legwork"to have the doc office to find where this pain medication can be found.On a Saturday I'm supposed to try to track down my surgeon and have him track down who has specific drug, drug? Not first time the pharmacy has let Me down or my elderly mother. If you need your medicine don't rely of this awful place. I'd trust the swapmeet more than this store, beware."

"Went to pick up a prescription today, after waiting in line at the pickup window was told it was not ready yet, it was supposed to be ready yesterday at 2:00, she tells me to go to the drop off window, witch had even more people in line, after waiting again, the guy tells me, this isn't a prescription, it's on the shelf behind you, you can take it and go pay, why didn't they just tell me that yesterday? I made an extra trip, and waited in two more lines for no reason, our time is valuable, and our gas is valuable, this is not an efficient way to handle customers."

The reason provided was that I reside in Henderson, NV, which seemed to be an arbitrary change in policy, given my consistent history of obtaining the medication at this specific CVS branch. Furthermore, the pharmacist cited my use of other pharmacies for specialty medications as a basis for denying my prescription, a decision that left me puzzled and frustrated. This abrupt change in service has left me questioning the consistency and reliability of CVS Pharmacy on E Desert Inn Road, and I hope that my feedback prompts a review of their prescription fulfillment policies to ensure fair and transparent practices for all customers."

"Vince at the pharmacy Here's his story - I pulled up in drive thru to pick up my prescription that was told it was $12 the night before by the female that was the main pharmacist. So he was instructing me I had to call my doctor I can't get authorization for my medicine. He was rude and basicly told me I had no other choice and basicly kicked me out of line with no help. So I went inside and seen the pharmacy girl that helped me. I waiting for her and while doing so the guy named Vince started talking smack and trying to talk to me while he was at drive thru. I talked to the girl she explained the medicine wasn't covered by my insurance but it was only $12 and Vince didn't give me a option for cash just tell me no and moved on to the next. ZERO customer service The pharmacy girl I didn't get her name, she was 10 stars and deserves a raise! but Vince needs to be let go for his aggressive behavior I've been dealing with my health issue for over a month and just $12 makes me better for my illness and Vince was not helping me at all! He needs to be fired or have someone treat him the same way so he can see what a rude employee he was and or he needs better education on his job. Thank you to the lady who helped me. Not everyone that works there is a devil like Vince.just stay away from him Dark skinned Hispanic male that you can barely understand his voice he talks so fast and not clear like he doesn't want you to hear."

"CVS Closing Manager, Indira, answered my questions on vitamins and products as well as helped me through my health insurance card. Because she helped me with my CVS email discount that I couldn't find at first, I bought a cooler from the Summer Sales 50% off sale. All the while, Indira was in great control of the store and caring for the other customers and another employee. Her friendly smile never left her face, she was sincere with no attitude. My advice to improve the CVS experience is to have more employees and managers like Indira. Validation with higher pay and incentives for employees that can enhance the company and each employee will help everyone. A happy, competent employee is priceless."
